Why I’m an astrologer
My teenage interest in astrology has never left me. Several decades later, I realise that it really is a lifetime love.
I’ve always been keen to understand myself and my life, as well as to understand others in my life, and astrology has continually resonated with me as a means to do that. From personal experience, I know that astrology can offer valuable insight and support at different ages and stages of life.
I remember how it felt to sit with an astrologer for a reading in my late 20s and finding it a revelation and quite comforting. Back then, I did not imagine my future would see me aiming to support others in a similar way.
When my career in marketing and communications was coming to an end in my late 40s, I found myself wanting to commit fully to my astrological journey. For me, that meant training to be a professional astrologer, and in early 2021 I enrolled with the Faculty of Astrological Studies. The Faculty fired up my respect and love for astrology and, nine modules and three exams later, in June 2026 I achieved my ambition of attaining the prestigious Diploma.
As a professional astrologer, I abide by the Faculty of Astrological Studies Code of Ethics. I take client responsibility, confidentiality, professional competence and integrity seriously.
My aim is to create a calm, thoughtful space where you can explore your birth chart and consider what it might illuminate about where you are now.

My approach
I feel that there’s so much ‘noise’ out there, especially online. I want to encourage people to slow down, observe and listen to themselves.
For me, astrology isn’t about telling someone what they should do; it’s about creating space for reflection and helping people explore themselves and their experiences from a different perspective.
Astrology can offer a deeper sense of connection - to ourselves, to each other, and perhaps to the wider universe.
I’m particularly interested in supporting young people, and I currently offer free or donation-based consultations for those aged 18-24.

Your birth chart is an image of the sky at the time and place of your birth. It is a unique, symbolic map of who you are and how you are in the world, on an inner and outer level. It offers a way of exploring your characteristics, potentials, challenges and patterns.
The art and craft of astrology is in translating the birth chart creatively, imaginatively and purposefully, helping you recognise and develop qualities that are already part of you.
